What do I need to give you for a custom ritual?

When you order, I’ll ask a few questions about what you’re going through, what you’re hoping to feel, and the kind of energy you want (soft, fierce, sensual, etc.). You don’t have to overshare, just enough for me to tailor the ritual to you.

How do I receive my order?

All orders are delivered by email (usually within 24–72 hours). You’ll get a PDF with your content.

What's included in a custom blend?

You’ll receive a digital “Ember Profile” with:

• Blend name and vibe
• Strain or ingredient breakdown
• Effects on mind, body, and emotion
• Flavor notes and pairing suggestions
• Aligned notes for mental health and emotional regulation

How long does it take?

• Custom Rituals: within 48 hours
• Custom Blends: within 72 hours
• Premade Blends / Vibe of the Month: same-day or next-day delivery

What payment do you accept?

I currently accept CashApp only. Please include your name and order # in the note so I can match it to your request.

Are physical blends included?

Not at this time. You’ll receive digital blend profiles designed for personal mixing, journaling, or pairing with your own herbs or strains. Physical products may come in the future once we get the necessary paperwork filed and into a proper home! I may do some POD journals or ritual books but it's in the works for L+L to become a physical thing.

Can I request something outside the listed services, like a custom tea or water?

Yes! I’m always open to special requests, whether it’s a grief ritual, a breakup spell, a premade “self-love but make it feral” blend, or anything in between. Just email us at lilacandleaf @ gmail.com and we’ll create something together. Or engage with any of our social media and leave comments for us to consider your request.
